We are committed to our customers and try and offer the best service possible. We always get new customers, but our growth is mainly fuelled by repeat orders from existing customers

Low Phase Noise Systems

We are becoming experts in designing ultra low phase noise products and systems. Our GPS10RBN GPS Disciplined Frequency Standard is one of the lowest phase noise rubidium units available on the market. To complement this is our DA1-100-10 ultra low phase noise distribution amplifier.

We not only sell individual products but can supply complete frequency distribution systems. Typically applications are Satellite earth stations, telecommunication systems, TV companies, manufacturing companies etc.

Bespoke Equipment and Components

Most of our products started out as customer specials or bespoke equipment. That's why it may seen we make very different and un-connected products.

These specials then become standard products. If one customer wants it, maybe there are others out there who will also want it.

Therefore we try and be very competitive in the initial design and we don't charge excessive design costs.

Support and Calibration

Our production and repair workshops are fully equipped to calibrate and service all the equipment we make. We are also happy to calibrate other equipment not supplied by us.

We never discontinue support for a product. No matter how old it is we will do our best to bring it back to full working order and in calibration.

Warranty

All our products that we manufacture are guaranteed for at least one year and many of them have a 3 year warranty at no extra change. We don't make money out of service. We want happy customers so our repair charges are very low.
