The GSM2x8 is a GSM Remote
Control and Alarm Module. It allows you to use a
normal GSM mobile phone to monitor and control an alarm or
remote station by sending and receiving text or sms messages.

If any input is triggered a text (sms) is sent to a
pre-designated mobile phone number.

relay can be closed by sending a text to the unit

a standard SIM card obtainable from your service provider,

The GSM2x8 continually
monitors eight logic inputs. If any logic input changes,
the GSM2x8 will send a text to a pre-designated GSM mobile
phone indicating what one of the logic inputs has been

The GPS2x8 is housed in a IP65
rated case. An optional LCD shows status of the system.
The GPS2x8 is powered from
90-260 VAC, or +12V AC or DC. An internal battery powers the
unit if the primary power fails for a short period.
A GSM Antenna is supplied as
standard. Alternatively an optional remote antenna can be
connected for areas with poor reception.
